THE PEOPLE BEHIND EXPRESS

Express Bi-folding Doors is a family owned business set up by a father son team in 2007 to manufacture a range of high quality bi-folding door designs with the power to transform people’s homes forever. Since its inception, it has grown from just three employees to over 300 people nationwide. We are immensely proud of our story and the people who have helped to build our business. We are very much a proud family company built on quality, trust and reliability, these principles are deep rooted within Express from our people, machinery, products and services.

Today we employ over 300 members of staff nationwide and boast a 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility. We might be much larger now, with a much larger range of bespoke products & services but the focus of helping our customers enjoy beautiful spaces inside and outside of their home has always remained the same, which is why a delegation of our Senior Management team have now formed Exterior Spaces from Express.

WHO ARE WE?

Our team is over 300 strong with some of the most skilled people in the industry, many of whom have been with us for almost two decades.

Our large team consists of technical experts, experienced fabricators, CNC operators, CAD technicians, our knowledgeable sales team through to our certified installers & our aftersales team who all have years of industry experience and literally tens of thousands of completed projects under their belt. We’re incredibly passionate about offering you a first class service from the first enquiry to after-sales and to helping our customers create spectacular exterior spaces right across Yorkshire.

Our sales department have been transforming homes since 2007 and offer a wealth of experience thanks to being actively involved in various types of projects all over the UK. Our team take great pride in helping our customers to create their own dream space and we offer a consultative sales approach to help your find the perfect solution for you. We are happy to discuss your project face to face in our showroom and we can also work with you by e-mail or over the telephone or buy visiting your home to discuss the specifications required for our outdoor solutions.

We can arrange consultations in our showroom or we can attend site to discuss your ideas and aspirations and to start the journey towards to your fabulous new outdoor space.

We are incredibly proud to have a world-class manufacturing facility, manufacturing the best products in the industry designed by some of the worlds’ leading architectural systems houses. We own the latest cutting-edge CNC machinery, which coupled with the most skilled and experienced workforce in the industry ensures our vast range of bespoke products are always manufactured, installed and finished to the highest standard.

SURVEYS & INSTALLATION

Our pergolas and outdoor solutions need to be installed onto a solid and level footing so we’ll attend site to discuss our base requirements plus the power requirement to connect our bioclimatic pergolas to your electricity unit.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & AFTERSALES

As a proud family Company and a well established brand we put customer service at the heart of everything that we do. Our experienced and dedicated Customer Service Team is available to deal with any queries you may have regarding your order process. Our Customer Service team will contact you for feedback and to follow up on any matters raised ensuring you are kept fully in the loop throughout the lifetime of your products. Effective communication with customers is crucial and we keep you informed at each stage of your order as it progresses.

Our experienced and dedicated after-sales team is manned by fully trained staff who can deal with any technical issues or remedial requests promptly and professionally should they arise. As part of our installation service we offer a comprehensive five-year guarantee and it is our after-sales department who will assist with any queries regarding our products, advise on correct maintenance and cleaning methods and will arrange for our engineers to attend site to investigate and resolve any issues raised by our customers
